2021 Butterfly Field
If you want to raise monarchs for the fair tent, plan on attending Butterfly Field Day on Tuesday, July 6th from 6 to 8PM at the Carroll County Ag Center. At the field day, you will receive eggs or tiny caterpillars to raise into monarchs for the fair. In addition to learning how to raise monarchs for the fair, you will learn about other pollinators as well as complete projects that can be entered in the fair. A five dollar fee will cover the cost of the monarch eggs and projects. Plans are still being made so be sure to check back for updates. Please signup by 6/15 at https://signup.com/go/erbKfgN .
