The 4-H GOES Club has been sponsoring a monarch tent at the Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair since 2017. 4-Hers raise the monarchs from eggs then enter the monarchs in the Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair. The youth then open the tent so the public can walk thru and interact with the monarchs.
